well this is a 1st generation ipod touch. I have had it since April and no longer need it. It is is in perfect condition and will come with headphones, USB cable, case, and box. I used to have it jailbroken but my iPod got updated so it has software 2.1 on it so it has the App store and e-mail ...etc
