ok this is the deal with this dude i traded my ddz1 for his amp + $275.i got the amp and the money and he got the z1 but when i went to put the amp that i got from him it didnt work i asked him to give me back the z1 and i would return his money and amp this was a month ago i have being patient but guess what i just saw my z1 on smd for sale for $800 knowing that i have being asking for my amp back.

Did he specify the amp was working? He might be able to point the finger at you.
But, you might be able to collect your losses and fix the amp.

Are you POSITIVE the amp doesn't work? Maybe it's just something stupid. Did you double check all the wires and such?

your going to get the rest of the money like i told you if i knew the amp was not in working order i wouldnt of sold it to you the amp repair center told me it was in 100% working order so i took there word for it and placed it for sale they will give me the money back for it if not than i will open a suit against them cuz you have the proof it wasnt repaired as long as you still have the ticket of it being fixed

ive been talking to him keeping in touch with rab trying to sort this out cuz i would never sold him the amp if i knew it wasnt working it just the **** amp repair center that fixed it wont cooperate but they will its kyles auto sound in louisville, kentucky

cuz he paid for the amp to get fixed by another repair center in his location
the amp is fixed now i had to pay out of my pocket cuz i hate not having bang and he wasnt responding to my pms for days thats why i got it fixed

and im sorry about that i told you the situation why i didnt get back to you but you will get your money even if i have to pay you a lil more for your patience on waiting ill do it im trying to get this worked out as fast as i can but its kinda hard when the repair company dont cooperate

why not return each others amps and RAB keep whatever money it costed to repair the amp and send whats left along with his amp?
i suggested sending each other the amps back but i guess he doesnt want to but if he sends me the money thats cool with me also

It looks like you guys are getting it worked out, but what tc3k101 was suggesting is that you deduct the cost of the repair from the $275 and send him the balance and the repaired amp back in exchange for the Z1.
he pmed saying his going to send me the money soon so lets see what happens

honestly bro i wouldnt wait for it cause most of the cases like this ive seen the guy blows the other person off and then ends up dissapearing.
just take ur amp back and send whatever is left after repairs. and both of u take losses on shipping

I guess I'll have to add my experience with flores210. I bought an Eclipse center channel speaker from him last week. He listed it as brand new, never installed, with no scratches or marks on it at all. It was cheap, and I thought I'd give it a try. I received the speaker yesterday, and I'll just say this was obviously installed in a car for years. Baked, faded, scratched, and obviously used. Bummer, I was looking forward to using it.
