View Full Version : Are my #'s right for this ED10k x 2 box?

TD = 5"

BD = 7"

Height = 11.5"

Length = 46.5"

If my #'s are right, I get 1.17 ft^3 with 3/4" wood. I don't know what room the subs take up though :confused:

If they took up .17, then I'd be right at 1 ft^3 and ED recomends .5 ft^3 for each 10".

But, would each sub need it's own chamber (I mean seperate the box into 2 equal half's, one for each sub)?

yeh, ur nubmers are right.. with a sealed box .1 cu ft should matter all that much.. You CAN make seperate chambers.. although u dont have to.. it only prvents both from possibly blowing (one goes out, the other most likely wont).. personal preference..

not really any sound difference if the seperator is put in the right place.. if its in the wrong place u might have problems..
