The Asus has a nice Zalman ZM80D-HP passive cooler on it which by itself costs $30+
These are both being sold "as-is". I havent used the Nvidia for a while, but it worked when I stopped using it. I have never used the Asus. I bought it used and ended up selling the pc before I even installed it
