Coustom boxes for Hatchbacks

I have 2 fubr 12" power acoustic subs and i want a costom sealed box. I can make it so nobody needs to build it for me but what i want to know is what preperations does the car need for me to build into the spare tire well and what disigns are good. I dont want it to stick up futher than 5" above the floor if possibe. What should i do.

well are u doing fiberglass or some wood work? I guess thats where u would start.

i will be working with wood. Maybe fiberglass but i doubt it.
