Hi!! Im from Spain and i want to import a premier DEH-P800PRS i heard that the FM frequencies in this unit are diferent from the Europe´s units. Here the FM its from 87.5 to 108.0 Mhz and you can put 88.0, 88.1, 88.2, 88.3, etc... i heard in USA the pair frequencies do not exist, its true?and in this model of head unit you can put these?i want to keep the radio!!

I dont know about my 800 as I've never used FM on it, but U.S. is odd and Europe is even on the 10ths.

When talking in Megahertz, its a big difference :)

And yes, in the US we only use the odd numbered frequencies. 107.3, 107.5, 107.7, 107.9, etc. 87.5 to 107.9 as well.

You cannot manually enter the even numbers.

I heard that eclipse models have an australian FM mode, and it is like european FM mode. Its true? have more brands to take this option? (like clarion, kenwood,
blaupunkt, etc...)
