You can't expect people to pay you retail price for it when it's been opened already. I don't think the warranty is transferable either. And to top it off, you are new here with no refs. i never filled out my warranty card. after a year and mine got the RRod i went online to xbox.com and entered the serial number and registered it.... no receipt or card needed. that was a year and a half ago so things may have changed. as long as it hasnt been registered yet anyone who buys should get the warranty.

You're right, he's not supposed to ask for the buy to cover PayPal fee's but it isn't illegal just against paypal rules. And it's his choice not to accept checks they are to easy to fake and if it bounces then he is screwed. For the cash all I have to say is you have to be a complete moron to be willing to accept cash or send cash through the mail. Anyways, I figured I'd bump this for you since it's a good price.
