im sure its gonna be cut out lol.. instead of having the extra gap with the face being 3/4 of the way out instead of flush..

Looks good. Did you sand the piece to round the port or use something else?

I used a roundover bit with a router.

Got it tested today. 156.5 not bad with 200 watts rms..
