Edit: No you can't, I checked before I put this thread up and I checked a minute ago. I never saw it for $48 shipped. The lowest is $49.37 shipped without tax.
Anyway, no chance I will sell it for $35. You're just going to open it anyway, so buying the game new doesn't even matter. Feel free to pay that price for it new, I don't really care.
Since it is $49+ on marketplace, I'll do $45 shipped here.

It's really good. If you haven't played a MGS before, you won't know who some of the characters are, but it doesn't take away from the story. The gameplay and graphics are amazing. It scored a 94 on metacritic and is a system seller.

It's $59.99 retail + tax at best buy, so it's closer to $64 depending on your state.
And I never knew that best buy took returns on open games, that rule must have been made today.
