ia dp 15coming soon to fill this off a 2500d, box is 3.9 cuft tuned to 33 if all is right :)

the port looks wrong cuz the way itll be double baffled, 1st piece will b flush with the 2nd capping the entire top

pocket jigged around the inside, so i can use minimal screws on the outside. i plan on filling them in w/ glue and saw dust. my 45's too

yes the frist baffle will sit flush on the port and 45's when they go in, then the second will cap it all off

anyone have an op on the rubber on my amp board? i just thot it may be a good idea to minimize any vibration to the 2500d's internals, anyone else?

looks good. i wish i had one of those pocket jigs. makes building boxes a lot easier and looks way more professional.

Looks like it's going to be a nice project.
As for the rubber, you have two choices. Find some little rubber "feet" to mount the amp on the board, or go to Lowes or Home Depot and get some shower pan liner. It's a thick rubber mat that's about a 1/4" thick and use a couple layers to dampen the vibrations.

thx fusion, but the black on my amp board is the rubber. i was asking if anyone else does this, and their opinions on if it helps or not. i have about 3/8" or so(of rubber) between my actual amp board and the mounting feet.

nice looking build. The construction looks top notch, gonna be tough to bust that thing apart. Got any finished pics of the box? or have you been enjoying the bass too much to get it painted?

no paint, yet only had it in for 2 weeks now. vacation next week, so paint to come soon:)
i plan on using this dark brown flecstone looking ish to kinda go with my interior
