up for grabs i have an hp ipaq is got windows mobile 5 on it, upgradable to 6 or touchflo, everything works wonderfully including the touchscreen, BUT it needs a new eaphone installed, if you flick where the earphone is inside it works sometimes, but not always, still works great w/ bluetooth headset. local cell repair shop said 15-20 to fix it, maybe just a loose connection? im not brave enough to take it apart....so 40.00 with a big OBO

includes dock, stylus, and 512mb memory card.
minus the earphone i warr. no doa

for 15.00 more i'll throw in a motorola bluetooth headset

also i dont know why the screen looks all polka-dotted.....but it doesnt look like that in person. screen in great shape, no scratches

oh, also i was tld when i bought it that it was unlocked for any gsm network......but the only sim i have is for att.....so i dunno

nopei surfed the net without it, just make sure you dont go over your transfer limit, i had mine so it would block access when you hit your limit
