That is a very, very nice looking box. I prefer the no screw look and I can't stand visible glue on the exterior but that is just me being ****.
If you don't mind me asking, how did you create the flared port? It is bad ***.

one more thing i would have done on this box is counter sink the screws and then fill the hole.

The holes are countersunk; I can see that, but why would you bother with wood filler / bondo.

I love your ports, I really like how it looks almost separate from the rest.. Not sure if that's the best word to describe it.. But it looks really cool. :)

2.0cf3 plus displacements and tuned at 35hz with my targeted port velocity
