replacing stock speakers

ok so i have a system in my single cab chevy. the only stock speakers i havent replaced are the ones right next to my head. does anyone know if these are replaceable and what size?

yes it is 4x6
i imagine its not i think you just have to take the panel off and un screw the old speaker put in new then slap the panel on
