i have the 7500 and i put it in a 1.6cubic ft tuned to about 38 it pounded for one 12 so i would go with like 2.5 tuned to about 40 or 38 hz, a lot of guys does it lower than that but i its totally up to you man. yea since its a trunk car i would try subs up port back thats whats work in my car may not be the same for you though man, u have to experiment some. good luck to ya and oh if u want a good box built hit da man bjfish up at fisher customs he will help u out.

Are you going to build your own? I can design a box for you.

Depending on cost. Im going to go measure how much room i have in the trunk area, and the area at which you can fit stuff into the trunk (the opening)

I have 18" high, and 40" wide and depth really isnt an issue. So if you can get a ported enclosure with 2.4 - 2.6 cubes, tuned from 32-37 hz, i'd be set.

jbizzle has a Sledgehammer box for a single 12. Otherwise I can build one if you're close enough. I'm just across the IL/WI state line...

Yeah, im in the waukesha/ milwaukee area. No too bad of a drive. About how much would you charge (mlstrass), my dimensions are above, would it be carpeted and have the speaker wire inputs? Im looking for possibly 2.4 - 2.6 cubes (not sure what is the best) And i want it tuned 32-35 hz (not sure what's best) I want the sub to be facing the trunk, not the trunk lid, so i want it to fit well. I will pm you from now on most likely. I will not mind a drive either to pay you and pick up.

Great choice choosing mlstrass, did you checkout the box he made for me?
