Box depth and width queston...

Is is it o.k. to have the height slightly more than the depth?

My box is:

13.5H x 36W x 11.25D

Will it sound any different (worse)?

no, that wont change anything. however, different firing directions for the sub/port can effect the level of output (to the ears, anyways)
