Standard barrel female .110 wd... be sure to get the ones for the correct wire size.

+ and - are both the same size, if that's what you're asking. You'll need two for each tweeter.

there are two parts for the + and - One has a whole in it and the other looks soldered, you can see it in the picture.

The one with the hole in it.The one with the solder has the wire going in to the tweeter soldered to it and it is very tiny wire and can break fairly easily if abused.Take a very close look at it and you will see the wire-stay away from that one.Also the connectors will slide on very tightly the first time you put them on the terminals.Make sure you support the tweeter well with your other hand as you push them on.By the way I have a set of those in my truck and I like them a lot.Nice and clear with good output.

Silicone or hot glue those exposed leads before those tweeters are useless.

Once you get the .110 female quick connect, you'll know were it goes. ;)
