re xxx box help

i have a 04 xxx i just reconed to a 15 and triyng to design a box. this is what i have come up with. http://i27.tinypic.com/29w23ic.jpg this will be sub up and port back. any thoughts?

I dont see any problems. make sure you take into account for driver displacement.
