Its hard to cram all that equipment into such a small cab.....looks good other than im not a big fan of your tweet placement.....hows it sound? You should be creative with where your amps are now...just build a rack and then a trim ring around it and maybe some neon or mirror or both.....good luck!

be careful with that brutus on those r's, they are older models.

basically if you place the amps on a piece of MDF or something and put another piece of wood over them to "cover" them up in a sense, but you obviously cut out the spots in front of the amp's so that you can see them. Looks good by the way :D

Your tweets are way to high, try moving them down the pillar or into the door.

The imaging from moving the tweets from the upper part of the windshield to the bottom did not change a lot IMO. However, the comp set and that kicker amp makes a world of difference.

Good install joe ;).... Now its time to make that rack

little FYI.... This should be going on the TL tomorrow around noon- results will be posted.

I'm thinkin 140ish due to box tuning and volume.

sorry joe, youll never be as loud as me ;)

I personally couldnt tell a difference from where they were up top to down below on the lower windshield where they are now....

I feel when the tweeter is at the top of the A pillar its to much in your ear. It sounds louder but not really sq based. But at the bottom of the A pillar pointing across the windshield sounds great IMO. Just thought Id through my 2 cents in about it. All user preferrence though

The old type R's are still pretty **** tough, and the brutus is overrated some. It's almost a perfect match.

I'm also interested in seeing the box specs. and what it'll actually do.

box is at 30hz and about 1.75 cuft a piece. It put up pretty bad numbers, mostly because the seat is so close to that box, and the box flexes pretty bad. did a 133.2 @ 32hz and a 134.4 @ 62

in the port was 159.9

Booo for old type-r's, that amp is to much for them, get the new models and turn the amp all the way up
