can some one just give me a list of some idears of wut kind of port arear should be for like

the general rule of thumb is 12-16in^2 per ft^3 of airapce. Depends on what kind of application you're going for as well...

well it depends if you're going for all out SPL or if you're doing a daily driver...also depends on what you're tuing to, and managing your port length as well.
I normally do about 12in^2 per cubic foot of airspace when I'm tuning in the low 30's...but in a spl build I'm doing right now I'm using about 20in^2 per cubic foot of airspace.

I just go as big as I can(without going overboard) while maintaining the overall airspace I need, and without having a port over 2ft long.
