Looks like going deeper is your only option, assuming you can get the box in the trunk. Maybe through the rear seat opening???

my rear seat opening is smaller(as in not as tall). now i hear alot of people talking about sealing off the trunk and firing into the cabin. can this still be done while retaining the back seat and be louder than what i have now? How do you do this?

A lot of deadener, a lot of apoxy, a lot of expanding foam, and a lot of patience.

but i mean do you just turn the box around and then seal the trunk up or what? ive never done it. would it be louder that way?

Build an irregularly shaped ported box.

Lower the height 2" and extend the box 3-4" and do the maxium width.
