**** I'm tired, 24hr straight build just to get it to a car show in 1hr, lol. Still unsure if i'll make it.

Not yet, there's alot of tweaking needs to be done, we still are going to take it all out next week, deaden everything, and basically make it permanent afer all that. I'll keep you all updated, uploading a small video of a gallon of water of the roof. I'll get more vids today.

Poor regal. :(

Everything else looks sweet!

Nice build and can't wait to see the finished pics.

Also that protege5 looks just like mine, when I had it. Didn't have it on air very long.

Regal? I assume you mean the G body Monte Carlo. And yes, that is over the top, tucking nice big rims is one thing but that is too much. Great build by the way keep the pics coming!

what kind of amps do you plan to put in after the power upgrades?

Hopefully 2 Sundown 3kD's strapped. That'll have to wait as the customer is still recovering from the initial cost of the build. We still have tons of work to do, take the box out, re-deaden the van (current deaden'ing is old off brand and falling off), brace box with thread rod, glue top/bottom, and seal off the wall. But for now, we got alot done for 24hr period. I'll keep you all updated.

With in the next month, this van should have 10gallons of Second Skin sprayed in it, a complete Vynal Wrap with SSA logo and others, and upgraded amps, sturdy finallized boxes, and finished wall. Wish me luck. LOL I've been busy with lots of build lately. Might be more 36hr days in store for this.

Ya, we don't expect any real results out of this build untill the boxes are finallized and amps/electrical upgraded, and van deadened, then we'll judge it. But from what i've heard so far, this van has crazy potential

Just met with Kyle today and got him the activator for Spectrum Sludge.
Ended up going with 10 gallons.
Looks like it is going to be quite a loud van.
Can't wait to hear it!

our teamssaudio.com host account is currently up for renewal. We are debating on going a second year with it. Not sure if it's quite worth it.

It wouldn't take so dam long if i didn't decide to use "Sound Destroyer Mat"... With summer time ,kicking in the mat came crashing down in the van.... Its a pain to remove all the tar, due to the fact that this is roofing material not sound deadener. .... Here are some pics i took while removing the "Sound Destroy Mat"...

Custom Air Ride Components
Roger - Kreepin Kustumz (http://www.kreepinkustumz.com/)

Sound Deadener
Anthony - Second Skin (http://www.secondskinaudio.com/)

Bad *** SSA Subs
Mark - SSA (http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/products/icon/)

Go with any other bands and you will get screwed.....

Yeah I would hate to take that **** off.

My second skin mat is STILL in it's place... and it's been... over 4 years I believe. Roof, side walls, back wall, and doors in my truck. :)

should have used a sprocket roller instead of a flat roller.

http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a133/hankveach/100_0654Large.jpg

we have applied peal n seal and dynamat with a sprocket roller and have had 0 issues. i dunno why it works better but we have a 0% fail rate when using it.

im guessing because u get more pinpoint pressure on the deadener than your typical flat roller.

seen the van in person .. nothing special .. its just subs i dont see what the big deal is .. and he wasnt up 24 hours either .. trevor and i came to the shop at like 9 and he was leaving .. so id have to say it was more like 23.5 or 23.75 hours

i like the idea of the sprocket roller i may have to try it.
