those sound AMAZING. shop near me has a set running of a audison thesis HV venti. 3 way comp = $4000. amp = $10,000 sounded INCREDIBLE but for $14,000..........(BTW the crossover on the Utopias is about the size of zx350.4. ITS HUGE)

People spend that kind of money just to hit a certain number on a computer screen at 40-60 hz. Why can't they spend that type of money to acheive accurate sound reproduction throughout the entire audible spectrum?

Hell no I wouldn't. For that kind of money alone, I can put together a complete system that will sound just fine to me. The only set of comps I'd even remotely consider spending big bucks on would probably be the Powerline CS's.

There is obviously a market for them, hence they are produced...I've seen people pay 2, 3, or even 4 times that much in a SUB STAGE...
