I'm confused on this I just recently changed up my doors and want to add the grill cloth but haven't really seen a way to do it. Any help is appreciated.

Build a frame out of wood or something around the area you want covered. Than wrap grill cloth around that. If you search on here you should be able to find a couple of build logs with pictures of this. You can attach the grill cloth to the ring with glue or staples.

I would say pull the cloth as tight as u can spray adhesive on outer ring place down while still tight cut off extra pieces if necessary. now im not sure if that's right man so don't quote me im just guessn

I don't understand, what does your door look like? Is it stock, do you want the grill cloth behind the stock panel?

Just in one small area? Why would you want to do that, it would not look good at all...

If you could get some pics, I may have a better idea of what you're talking about... and give you some suggestion on how to fabricate something or how to do it...
