Replacing the stock grilles on my T/A

Ok, so I decided to buy a set of the RSD-65CS's for my doors, because of all the good reviews. So I installed them, and they sound great. But here's my question... Is it possible for me to replace the old, stock grilles in my 99' Trans Am with the PG ones? The reason I ask is because the speakers don't go right against the door panel, they kind of lean in at an angle. I HATE the stock look, and was wondering if there was a way.

did you mount your speakers to the door panel? they should be mounted in the original speaker location, and i guess if you wanted you could mount your grills to your door panel over the hole but i dont think it would look the greatest

Yeah, the grilles are a bit bigger than the panel holes.
