I stil get people asking if a roller is nessacary. I say yes, if you want a bubble free flat surface that will cure solid.

resined up the pods and clamped them down on the door panels. That way, when the resin cures, it will cure shapped to the door and not warped.

And to answer the question I know that will come....... they will be IB in the door.
I have sealed these speakers up before and ran them IB and they sound so much better IB.

can also try a rubber squgee like a small one or the plastic spreaders for bondo, i do all my glassing that way no brushes or nething just smear the resin over it and push it into the matt

WTF push terminals on Dayton RS woofers? Are those the 4 ohm version or somethin, cause it's not like that on the 8 ohm (solder terminals).

I had some people asking how there were going to be attached to the panels.
I was going to use a few speed clips to hold it tight, but it wasn't needed.
There are currently 5 screws on each panel. And when he gets here tonight, I will show him what I suggest to do towards the front of the panel. There is nothing on the factory door panel to attach to. So a silicone adheisive will have to be used.
Anyways..... 2 screws behind the insert and 3 on the back of the panel........
