I like them too, good speakers! (the older stuff though)
However many find their tweets to be harsh, being that they have metal tweeters

People who find the quart tweets to harsh, just dont know how to use an EQ properly. All you have to do is turn them back a lil. As for quart mids they have a great sound. The mids require plenty of power though. The more power the more dynamic they get.
