Gen 6 (160GB) Ipod and HUs

hey guys i have been waiting for an ipod to fit all my music forever and finally they made one that fits most of my music....

i have an alpine 9885 HU and the KCE-422i iPod adapter
but after looking on there site it says that their adapter is not compatible with the new Gen 6 ipods??

is there any solution that you guys know of?

i really dont wanna drop 400 on a new ipod that wont be compatible with my HU

you might just wanna give it a try. My pioneer ipod adapter works with my touch, even though the adapter is over a year older then when the touch was made.
