...and don't waste your money on this, its probably a resistor that goes on an engine sensor, it may work temporarily but most new ecu's adjust settings back to stock parameters, OBD-2 vehicles need the ecu reprogrammed

All those types of items are a scam. The only true way to ger real world gains are to get bolt ons, power adders and a good computer tune. Even a tune on a relatively stock vehicle will net you gains. They won't be anything astonishing.
