at my buddies house in lower DE....

he has all the saws...
i need to buy- screws, wood glue, caulk....

anything else?

also would someone just make me up a quick cutsheet since i cant think right now

box is 41 w x 21 x h x 18 d

subs will fire back...i want that piece to be the only piece visible if you know what i mean...so the front where the subs will be mounted will be 41x21

also for 2 MJ 18's do you think ill need to double the front baffle?

and lastly bracing- some dowels do the job?

(2) 41x21
(2) 41x16.5
(2) 19.5x16.5

that would be for 41w x 21h x 18d

hmmm, do some basic math and figure it out.

They didn't teach it in school for no reason.

dvrmstrng
02-24-2008, 10:35 PM
yeah it will...with like 1000 sq inches left over...i just gotta figure out what would be the best way to have home depot cut it...i think two 48x48 pieces will work the best.

FYI, those cuts are not going to be had out of 1 sheet.

no? isnt a sheet of MDF 8' x 4'....

that would give me over 4000 sq inches of MDF

all the cuts total added up to like 3400 sq inches of cuts

That doesn't matter. What matters are the orientation and placement of the cuts tard...

Just because you have the right amount of area, doesn't mean you'll have enough board for the actual pieces you need to cut.

You're assuming you'll have zero waste, which isn't the case.

Actually it will fit on one sheet. Perfectly. This cut sheet was based on the dimensions you gave of the panel. Have HD cross cut the sheet at like 43" to haul it back home, and you will be golden.
