just has 1 coat of paint for now... thats just a base coat for the bedliner rest is getting carpeted

Looks really good, alot of effort went into the box. For a DD thats going to be crazy seriously. One 12 is loud by itself I cant imagine 4 of them off the proper power.

its actuly 11.375 or 11 3/8 thats what audioque said for cutout and if i remember right the flush circle is 12.7/8

Mobi, what's the procedure for doing the flush offset for the top baffle. I know about cutting the bottom baffles first and then just using a regular flush bit, but that looks like a lot of wood would be coming off.

rockford has me some good deals through employee stuff, ive been thinking of 4 Power T2 15s and a t4000

or i might just change to 4 of some other 15s either AQ or Fi, something and 1 or 2 t4000s, but it would be cramming for space

got a pretty good price on them, and they are secsy

Dont know if ill every need to swap them from .5 to 2ohm, but maybe 2ohm daily to save batts and .5 at comps or what not but who knows

remember this box is 44x18.75x30 with internal bracing and double layer top

QUICK QUESTION:


I was planning on putting one amp on the ones closest to port and than ones closest to trunk latch......than match them that way

I believe ive seen the ones towards the front/ closest to port in the box move differently than the ones away from it.....i think it would be the best way

Any other thoughts?

so i havnt had a back seat in months, id rather be loud and not be the chauffeur for everyone:D

i want to see how big that looks when you get in installed, my 2 MT's were in 8 cubes in my blazer, but it had to be real tall to fit, 8 cubes would be nothing in my X now, id probably do 10 cubes if i changed to 12s, or leave it 12 and cram some 15s

i was competing in bass race one day... i had 1 12" on i think like 500watts and i was positive i could do 139.9 class well i got into the lanes and ended up doin like 138.8 well luckly i qualified to go to next round so i was like **** other dude is doin 139.8... so i said what the hell i folded down the 2nd row and pulled the box back some to see if i could make up the Db's and wouldnt u know it 139.9 to take the win
