Digital Designs 9512f Box Build/Design DD

I am looking for a box or box plan for a single Digital Designs 9512f subwoofer.

Not sure about the specific Hz tuning I want, but I am willing to pay $10-$40 for a plan (via paypal), and a much larger amount for the actual box.
