if i have a item for sale, how can i change the title ( part you click on ) to open the post, to change a price?

just make a post in the thread that the price is reduced

id rather it pop up on the title of the post so more people see it then just pass by it

I can also move threads to the appropriate sections.
Such as this one, which was posted in the general discussion and should have been posted in the Forums Bugs, News & Usage Questions subforum ;)
