whats the best way to attach a plexi front on an MDF box, sealed enclosure, to ensure the front doesn't leak?

i would use some type of caulk. and hope that the plexi is thick enough.

I used a foam weatherstrip that is sticky on one side, worked well for me.

make sure it is thick enough, my friend said his plexi cracked due to the amount of pressure being exerted

Go to home depot, it's 3/4" wide and like 1/2" thick.

we're talking about plexiglass, not weather stripping.

Gotcha... BTW - the reason I used the weather stripping instead of caulk was in case something went wrong and I had to remove the glass to get to the speakers. I didn't want a big mess with the caulk. There are pictures of my box in the Photo Gallery (using 3/4" plexi for 3 JL audio 12w3v2-D4's with a JL 1000/1 pushing them.
