I was just looking at the back of my HU, and I have some RCA jacks that are labeled "Bus in"
What are they for?

Probably for pluggin in an MP3/portable cd player.

Hmm, So would that give me anything over using the 3.5mm Aux. in. jack on the front?

Not really but the BUS in is more permanent unless you remove you like to remove your HU daily.
