Alright its for a 10" HDC3 ran off a sundown 1500d, does this design check out?

Port Width=1.5
Port Area=18.75
That is a small width port, but the recommendations are...
(1)12-16 square inches of port per cubic foot.
1.35x12=16.2 so that is sufficient
(2)The W and H of port shouldn't be more than 9 to 1
12.5/1.5=8.333 so that is sufficient

It will work. :)

Round over all port edges. I would also add an internal 45 deg. deflector. The tuning is about 36 hz.

without the deflector you will lose 11.5 DB

alright how do i go about making the deflector ? just like a triangle for the one corner before the port and the corner at the L of the port correct?

yes it factored in driver diplcement....and why would it be small? remommended for ported is 1 cube to 1.5 cubes.....

Build it! But I would personally rip the lumber a little differently.
