does anyone kno a place to get a cheap kind of leather it doenst matter what its made from jsut as long as it looks like leather to match my interior i want to put it on the sub box when i get it made

Look around for a local fabric store. Best place IMO.

Real leather isn't going to be cheap though :crap:

Anything of that consistency is going to be a real pain to work with, so expect to use lots of heat and patience to get that to stretch uniformly...

try like an a.c. moore cause i know the one by my house sells lpacks of "look=alike=leather" for like 20$for like 30 1ft squares. 1ft^2 i think ?

go to your local upholstery shop. we have a clearance rack that is always stocked with full hides of leather for $89 a hide. Get it in leather and get the box done up in double-stitch with a contrasting thread color. would look pretty dope.

Leather does not stretch...fake suede....but use several beauty baffles to hide unwanted seems.

why not just use vinyl? close enough to the average person

Vinyl looks pretty good when done right. Pretty cheap and easy to use too.
