not tryint to be a azzhole....just showing that you can get a new one for almost waht your asking with a dealer waranty...i dont no if the waranty voids after it's sold from the origional buyer or not...just showing how much they are from ipod.com and tryin to help your sale out. i personally wouldnt buy something from someone that the price is almost the same as new...i understand you havent opened it ..but just letting you know....sorry if you took it the wrong way i guess i should of pm'd you..therefore i will retract my last post as i type this
