PS3 40gb BNIB, with 3 games, extra controller!!!

I have a BNIB 40gb PS3 for sale. It is still in the box. I have the receipt for the date of purchase, and warranty.
I have the following that will go with it.
Madden '07, TC Rainbow six: vegas, Need For Speed carbon, extra wireless controller. I may even throw in ncaa '07 and college hoops 2k7m if i get what i am asking for it
i would like to get $425 for all of it + shipping.

80 gig has a software emulator its semi backwards compatible. the old 40gb had this too but the new ones are not backwards compatible at all.
