lol thanks man, hope you enjoy the box :)

Though after the 1st of the year I'll be stepping away for a while to spend more time with my family, so no more designs....

nah, everything's OK, just need to take some time off before I'm divorced ;)

Working 60-70 hours a week, 6 days a week, with a 1 hour commute each way, then coming home and working on designs all evening isn't exactly doing wonders for the home life...

eh, that's the way I do all of my own enclosures as well, and it works pretty well for me...

If you want to turn them go ahead, but they'll work as they are IMO

go and lay a piece of 3inch wide MDF with a brick at each end, and stand in the middle, let me know what happens.... then turn the MDF so its on its side, and stand on it...

heh, trust me, if I did that, they'd both break ;)

And I didn't say that turning them wouldn't make the wall stronger, it obviously would. I'm saying that having them this way is sufficient, with less concern for the brace to be an obstruction.

I have been experiencing the EXACT same thing.
I have recently taken time off work to concentrate on
enclosure building and blueprints
