Cda-9883 Vs Cda-9887

Hey guys I just installed the setup in my sig...and MAN this is really my first SQ setup...and It really does sound nice... but one thing I think my entire system is really lacking is sound processing. I mean I have nice components(the SLX265's) 2 Nice 12 inch subs....a SICK PDX...MAN its SMALL....I just really believe I am lacking processing.

Im thinkin about selling the 9883 and getting the 9887. I have read pretty much nothing but great reviews on this head unit...previously I had the SLX's on a DEHP590IB w/ A kicker 650.4.... and the SLX's didnt have anywhere near the IMAGING that I have setup now(With the tweeters in the dash.)

Yes indeed, sq systems are so nice. They are defintley more work but it is worth it. I got to hear the 9887 recently at a local shop. It is very nice. Would be worth getting for better sq and tweeking abilaties.

If you want the processing abilities, I think that making the switch would be a good decision.

I've got the 9887 and the KTX-100EQ. Will post a full review once I get everything installed and tweeked over my Christmas break.
