And I love it, wow what a nice headunit! I had a 9855 for a week, and this unit has a much more quality feel to it. It lights up beautifully at night. :eek:
You can't beat it for the price ($250 shipped off Egay).
Pics will be up when I can figure out how to turn the flash off on my camera...:D

I put my 9886 today, looks nice, Ill be using it with the h701/c701 combo.

yeah, altough i dont like the curved randowm lights on the top and bottom of the control knob, looks like a dual. lol.
I also dont like how you cant change the colors.

I really like the lights you're talking about, and I'm cool with the blue color. :)

Alpine HUs FTW. I had a CDA-9827 that got stolen and it was a great HU, never let me down. As of last week I got a new Alpine CDA-9884 and it is great. Wish it had the 4V preout instead of 2V but I don't know how much of a difference it would make. But I'm not complaining, it looks good and performs great. I couldn't ask for more.

He didn't it was busted when he got it, so he returned it to the seller.
