I am thinking of getting two sets of these for the interior of my car (06 KIA Specta).

I have always been a fan of MB Quart.

However, I haven't been in the car audio scene in well over 3 years. Is there something out there now that will obliterate those posted above that can compete in price?

I'd only use one set of components and a good 2 channel amp to power them. In my Sable, the single set of 6.5" comps in the front is more than enough for the whole car. :)

I've never heard any complaints on MB Quart products. Go for it! I always recomend doing the full setup. Buy two sets, one rear and front.

Yes, I'm going to be powering them on an 4x50w @ 4 ohm eclipse 5 channel with a mono block out for the subs (2 - Fi Q 12's) until I can afford a high out put single amp for the subs.

Nice speakers, but I'll tell you right now, they're going to want waaaaay more than 50w ;)
