I know there are people who will build custom boxes. Any names so I can find and PM?

I've had very little success in building my own box. So I gave up and am now willing to pay someone to build one for me.

Car:
1999 Ford Expedition

Music Tastes:
(Mostly) Rap
Rock
Metal

Going for mostly SPL.

Equipment:
Two 15" Kicker Comp-VX (4-OHMs) (Round)
Mounting Depth: 8-1/4 in
Mounting Diameter: 13-7/8 in

Dual Sub Box (Ported):
Maximum Measurements (Can Be Less But No More Than The Follows):
Height = 19 in
Width = 46 in
Depth = 26 in

I don't know the measurements for the ports and was looking for help on what I should have in terms of that. Also wondering if the box makers can match to leather or a certain color carpet.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Search his work - it is impressive.

EDIT - This (http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=269590) is his most current project

call a few of your local car audio stores, it will cost about the same and if theres any problems you can go talk to them instead of trying to resolve it over the internetz.

box for 2 x 15s will be about 2-$400 depending on fit and finish.

Yep, he did my box too. I wouldnt have anybody else build my boxes either. TOP notch work with very reasonable prices. He's also pretty quick.

i would have some1 on the forums make it cuz it is usually cheaper. Shops overprice the labor and the materials.

i'd do one for less than 400 if its unfinished. i'd take fisher costums over any one local though.

Thanks for the recommendations guys.

Bloodzero, I would be more than willing to help you out. Just get me some more info, and I can get you a price quote. Emailing me is usually the best way to get ahold of me. My address is on the site.

Thanks.

I had "MrCabinetry" build my box for my Expedition. He did a great job on it and had great communication the whole time. Here's his link...

The other two guys mentioned already seem to do great work as well. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them.
