it will be going in a 99' standard cab chevy pickup
i have this much room
ht=12
w=12
top=8
bott=10
the sub calls for vented box size of 0.6 and vent diameter of 2 and vent length of 8.3

You only have about .47 cubic feet of airspace using 3/4" MDF. If you use 1/2" MDF, you have about .56 cubic feet of airspace. To keep the same tuning, you would need to make the 2" port 9.5" instead.

If you make it 15.5" wide, 12" tall, and 8/10" deep, you will be right on spec.

With the 2" port that is 8.3" long. Although, if I was going to use the 2" port, I would get a 2" aero port.

15.5" w
12" tall
8" top
10" bott

The port will need to be on the side as the enclosure is not deep enough to support it being on the front. I don't know single cab trucks well, but I believe port to the side works well. You could place it on the top though.

~36hz would be the tuning frequency.
