:verymad:I bought an amp form him quite a while ago, I was going to pick it up, but after a couple of weeks I was unable to, it has been well over a month sence then and he has said that he would ship it out on 2 occasions, but I have yet to recieve it. I can't get anything out of him via PM's so I was hoping someone knows him and could contact him for me, I am really either looking for the amp or the money back, I really don't care at this point.

Yout help would be greatly appreciated

I am hoping someone has it, I will take my 6'3" 270# fat *** over there and have a nice conversation with him. I just don't get it, I really think these guys with no history should start sending the goods and then we can send the money. Lets see how they like it.

Kent,

I have refunded your payment.

Now, we need to set the record straight. You have my telephone number and I have tried to meet you on a number of occations to personally give you the amplifier. Each time you were not able to meet with me. I have also told you that the amplifier is at my place of business and you were welcome to stop by or I would be glad to bring it to you... Should I have shipped you the amp... YES and I appologize for that. However, do not make it sound like I have never contacted you or tried to get you the amplifier. That is simply NOT true. I am a member of many Car Audio related boards and if you look I have a very good rep and that is for good reason. I have taken it on the chin numerous time to make sure the people I deal with are happy with our transactions. I hope that you will be, you have a full refund and we are square.

I never said that you didn't contact me, nor did I say that we hadn't talked. I said that you went MIA. I don't have your number, if I did I would have called you. Upon not being able to meet up with you, I asked you so ship it, you said you would, on 2 occasions. then I couldn't get intouch with you. Am I wrong for being weary, and reaching out to others to try to contact you? i ahve no problem with you except for the lack of communication as of late.

atsaubrey I never said the wasn't a great guy, i said his communication was less than perfect towards the last half of our deal. I got a response from him after this thread, I don't know if it was the thread or coinsidence or not, but he mad it as right as it can be and I have nothing but love for him at this point. I feel that my actions were both warrented and fair. I really could give less than two hoots what you think. I will ask you to tell me what you would do in the same situation, sence you think I blew it out of proportion.

I thought the same thing, but I have an infant son that has medical issues on top of being extremely busy with work, along with the fact that we live on oppsite sides of Nashville. It just never happened, hell some days I can't find time to eat anything except for dinner. no ones fault, we just could meet up. I do hope to meet some of the guys around here eventually though.

By the way I paid immediatly via paypal, so he wouldn't have to wonder if I was actually going to buy it. And I did want it pretty bad, actually I still want it, I hope to see him in person soon and if he still has if get it then. I want to see what rainbow has to offer as far as amps go, I hope it is clean enough to make my 365 profi van's sound good!

No, the more the merrier.

Me and 2kchevy are coordinating the event.

There are several people that want to attend that is under 21.....I am sure there is a local bar or nightclub available.

WhoSayWho? will hopefully be there...I am sure he is older than you....:)

It's all good.

The crowd is mostly mature but...not really.

I don't forsee any fights, drugs, problems of that nature. It may get boring though....which is why there is gambling.
