Help deciding on tuning...

well as my new project i wanna do my first ported box.
im gonna throw 2 10's in it and running only about 450 watts to them..

this isn't a total SPL box, becuz im more for daily driving, i just want better than my current .8Ft^3 sealed box...
my subs tech sheet say max SPL was hit @ 50hz, but i hear that daily driving should be tuned lower? what would be a good freq. to tune it to for daily driving?

also, my amp doesn't have a sub sonic filter so would that hurt my subs?

generally the mid 50's are used for spl since subs do put out more there....most people tune between 28 and 35...since they are 10's I would personally tune it closer to that upper range since those low low frequencies are not going to hit quite as well anyways.

I was going ot suggest mid to upper 30's, possibly even low 40's for 10's. But yah, we're on the same page.
