im in the market for 2 sundown audio sd-1 12s
They are low powered, low end(as in hz), budget monsters.
Im down to these two enclosures. Im looking for a mix of SQL
4 cu ft. ported tuned to 30hz
vs.
3 cu ft. sealed

If you want a nice sealed box, parts express sells them for about $20. That is where I got mine.

i actually peeped the box that Sundownz reccomened as a pretty budget solution if the person was to go sealed...he said just add 2-3 pounds of polyfill perside

I purchased a similar box for the 10s.
It is constructed very very well.

I am a cheap guy...
But most of the enclosures I used are sealed. I don't need a lot of output

KingSham, I have a set formula that I use for each enclosure. The only price change is if the client wants a flared port, or a paint or stain finish with clear coat. I work very hard to stay very competitive and to keep my prices affordable while giving the best possible quality.
