It's been 18 days since i paypal'd him money for a cd deck. He told me 8 days ago that the reason i didn't get it yet was because it got sent back to him (wrong address? even though i gave him my address SEVERAL times). Since then he hasn't logged in, responded to anything, and i still don't have my cd deck.

I opened a paypal dispute and hopefully he;ll respond to that, but it's not looking good....

This isn't the first time hes had problems (wish i knew that before)

Also he has on here that he lives in New England but on other forums he has Florida.

I sent jrekully17 $125 via paypal over two weeks ago for an RE sub. He claimed he sent it exactly 2 weeks ago. Haven't seen the sub and he hasn't responded to my 3 messages :( Good first impression of the forums :/

I disputed the paypal but have to wait 20 days? Is there anyway to just make it a claim or do I have to wait the 20 days?

That was pretty hilarious to me also................I got my money back, so I could care less about the comments that were made about me. I knew this guy had a couple other transactions with pissed buyers, so I made a BIG STINK about my transaction with him. I hope that you guys get your money, but a Paypal claim takes about 4-6 weeks to have a final judgment.

A claim has been filed against this transaction. The seller's deadline for responding to this claim is Oct. 22, 2007. If the seller does not respond by the deadline, the claim will be decided in your favor. You may cancel this case at any time by clicking "Cancel" below.

Does that mean I will get my money back? Doubt he has any response on the way by the 22nd.

That means any money in his acct is held until the 22nd when they decide its in your favor...but he probably already pulled the money out of his paypal account so Paypal will side with you and offer you a horribly small refund, expect a dollar or two.
