Removable plug ported sealed design

Gentlemen,
I would like to know whether some of you guyz use this kind of enclosure:
Ported sealed design.

If yes,
* firstly, what do you think about the concept? Sound - box size - be able to have a sealed design for sq and a ported one for comp or showing off?
* and secondly, where would you buy those plugs for the ports?

i wouldnt do it.....when built to spec, a ported box (that you turn into a sealed one) is usually way too big.

Usually yes, but I will be using 2 x RL-i8s.

It states on the website:
Optimal Car:
0.5 cu ft net volume sealed
0.3 cu ft net volume vented, Fb = 35 Hz

Therefore, I would be good on the box size... right?

And that's a bad thing? Most spec sealed boxes are too small anyways!
