as the title says ive been out of the car audio scene for a while now and i need some advice. i just recently blew my cdt comps due to me being gready and turning the gains up too high. im now looking for a whole new component set for under 200. the amp ill be using is a 200 x 2 rms hifonics amp (this time ill be careful with the gains :furious: ). speaker size is going to be 5 /14 and im pretty much open to all suggestions. thanks in advance

- Or raise the hi-pass crossover point. Yes, that thing is probably putting out 150 watts RMS into 4 ohms.
Precision Power 355cs or Cerwin Vega V-Max-5

X2 on the Gary recommendations I will also throwin the PG RSd they will take the power to and for the price are the bang for the buck. They sound very good and will shock the hell out of you for the price (95.00) you can snag them up for on ebay ect.

Not too many sets would beat those Diamonds at that price, but I would go with Precision Power 355cs
